- I read about a CEO claiming that unregulated AI use is "tearing [their] business apart." While that seems dramatic, I didn't want to contribute to the problem. Here's my (evolving) approach to using AI in client work.
- "How do you work with clients?" is often the first question I get on consulting calls. I've documented my four engagement models in the aptly named post, How I Work with Clients.
